Each title and each collection in the
Docuseek2 database has its own page.
Search results link to the title's page, as do the New Releases, Titles A-to-Z, and the My Movies pages.
Below is an example of a page that any visitor, not logged in, can see:

Tag form |
If registered and logged in, you may add tags to the titles. Tags are descriptive terms, like keywords, that help identify and classify the film. Multiple tags should be separated with spaces. If a tag contains multiple words, use double quotation marks (") around the tag. Here's an example of multiple tags:

click the Add Tags button to add the tags. After saving tags, your tags appear as buttons below the Add Tags button. Click the button to search for other titles tagged with your tag.
Tip: if adding tags, include all of your previous tags also if you wish to preserve them.
A title page displays different options depending on:
- is the title available for streaming?
- do you have access rights to do things like license content or view license details?
- has your institution licensed the title?
Possible options, and the conditions under which they appear, include:

License options and prices | | Your institution does not have a license to stream the title, and you are allowed to view license options and prices. |
License details (license start/end or expired date | | Your institution has a license to stream the title, and you are allowed to view license details. |
Add to Cart button | | Your institution does not have a license to stream the title, and you are allowed to license content. |
Get Link button | | Your institution has a license to stream the title, and you are allowed to get linking details. |
Send Preview Link | | You are an administrator. With this option, an administrator may email a special link to a colleague which will allow the colleague to preview the title without registering at Docuseek2. |
Credits The Credits tab assembles information about the people responsible for the film.
The citation tool generates a reference listing and an inline citation for the film. Select the desired format from the dropdown. Docuseek2 provides citations in APA, MLA, University of Chicago and Turabian formats. For more on Docuseek2 citations, see our

The Main Credits section displays names from the 700 field of the MARC record, along with the person's role, if available.
The Other Credits section displays names from the 708 field of the MARC record. These are the names of additional personnel who contributed to the film.
The Distributor Credits section displays information about the people and organizations responsible for the film as reported by the distributor.
Cataloging Info The Cataloging Info tab provides information about how the film is indexed. The MARC record is available from this tab, as well as what subjects the film is assigned to, additional keywords used to identify the film, and subjects supplied by the distributor of the film. See the
