Accessibility Compliance Statement

Docuseek recognizes its responsibility to provide a web site and streaming content that are accessible and usable by all people.

We are committed to making our products and services compliant with the Section 508 Standards for Electronic and Information Technology and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level A and AA, as published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium.

In accordance with Section 508(c), we are in an ongoing process of ensuring that Docuseek's content and services comply with the applicable accessibility standards to the maximum extent practicable. We support the efforts of the federal and state governments to make electronic information products and web based products accessible to the public.

Current state
Accessibility of Docuseek relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
  • HTML
  • WAI-ARIA
  • JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Docuseek's VPAT 2.4 statement was prepared by Deque Systems and completed March, 2022.

Per the findings on the assessment, Docuseek is conformant with WCAG 2.0 level AA, with exceptions related to closed captions. See the link below for our current VPAT statement.

Closed captioning
Docuseek does not produce the content available for streaming at docuseek2.com. While many of the films streaming on Docuseek are closed captioned (about 77% of the titles as of 3/11/2022), and over 96% are either closed-captioned, subtitled or have no dialog, unfortunately not all of the films are captioned or subtitled at this time. We are making an effort to add captioning to titles that are not subtitled or already have captions or transcripts. The Advanced Search page includes search options for closed-captioned, subtitled, and no dialog titles. Docuseek is committed to having all of its titles closed captioned where there is dialog and not subtitles. We are happy to adjust our captioning queue if there are titles you are interested in that have not been captioned yet.
