Users at colleges and universities
On-campus access
If you are on your campus network, you do not need to register or log-in to Docuseek. In most cases, when you access Docuseek from on-campus, you will see a message in the top right of the screen that says "Welcome {your institution} user". This indicates that you are logged in as an anonymous user from your institution, and able to view Docuseek films your institution has licensed.
Magic links
If you are off-campus, you do not need to register or log in to Docuseek to view films your institution has licensed. You may request a "magic link" be sent to your institutional email address. The email will contain a link that expires in five minutes. When you click on the link, you will to go to the Docuseek site and be assigned a token that allows you to view the films that your institution has licensed. Note:
- You must enter an email address at your college or university -- that's how we know that you can watch your school's Docuseek content.
- The email domain must match the domain we have on file for your institution.
- Your institution must have an active license for the Docuseek film.
If your email domain does not match what we have on file for your institution, please email
Docuseek support.
