The Dashboard provides key account statistics, as well as graphic representations of usage.

Top Subjects
Each film of Docuseek2 is assigned to one or more subjects. Docuseek2
uses a custom subject tree, which may be viewed on the Advanced Search
page or on the home page. The Top Subjects counts the views assigned to
the Docuseek2 24 top level subjects. Since a film may be assigned to
multiple subjects, e.g. "Environment" and "Geography", one title view
may be counted in multiple subjects.
Views / Impressions / Seconds
The Views / Impressions / Seconds graph shows usage over time. An impression
occurs when a video is loaded into a player, which occurs when a user
visits a film page. Other vendors may call this a "page load". A view
occurs when a user clicks on the Play button on a player. It means the
user has started to watch a film. Other vendors may call this a "play". Seconds indicates how much time viewers played a film. Click the appropriate Views / Impressions / Seconds button to switch between the graphs.
Key Statistics
The Key Statistics section includes the following statistics:
Total impressions: This statistic provides an indication of how many times your users are visiting Docuseek2 film pages.
Total
views: A "view" occurs when a user clicks on the Play button on a
player. It means the user has started to watch a film. Other vendors may
call this a "play".
Views/Impressions: The Views/Impressions
ratio provides an indication of how readily a user starts to watch a
film after landing on the film's page.
Total seconds viewed: Total seconds viewed measures the total time users spent watching Docuseek2 films.
Average seconds per view: Average seconds per view indicates the average amount of time a user spent watching a Docuseek2 film.
Cumulative
percent of film viewed: The Cumulative percent of film viewed
represents the total seconds viewed divided by the length of the film
times the number of views of that title. It provides an overall
indication of how much of the films that were viewed was watched. If all
users viewed every film they watched in its entirety, the number would
100%. If every user who viewed Docuseek2 films watched exactly one half
of each film, then the number would be 50%.
Titles licensed: Indicates the total number of Docuseek2 titles that your users can view.
Titles
with impressions: Times with impressions indicates how many titles have
impressions -- how many title pages were visited by your users.
Titles WITHOUT impressions: Shows how many Docuseek2 title pages have not been visited by your users.
Percent
of titles with impressions: Percent of titles with impressions shows
the percent of Docuseek2 title pages that have been visited by your
users.
Titles viewed: The number of different titles viewed during the selected time period.
Titles WITHOUT views: The number of licensed titles that have not been viewed.
Percent of titles viewed: The percent of licensed titles that have been viewed.
Date range: The number of days in the selected date range.
License
fee: The license fee indicates the license fees paid for the selected
term, which may be adjusted from the amount billed. Note that we often
adjust the fee we track internally so that they can be accurately
assigned to titles for royalty purposes. For example, for our Life of
File EBA program, only a portion of the amount invoiced will be assigned
to the first year of the program, to ensure that all films that you
have access to are allocated some portion of the revenue.
Approximate
$/view: The license fee multiplied by the percent of term covered by
the selected date range divided by the number of views. So if the
selected period is 30 days, and the license term is 1000 days, and the
license fee is $10,000, and there were 50 views, the Approximate $/view
would be calculated as ($10000 x 30/1000)/50 = $6 per view.
