COUNTER 4 Report

The COUNTER Report provides a COUNTER Release 4-style report of views. The format of the report matches the Multimedia Report 1 from the COUNTER Code of Practice for E-Resources: Release 4 document.

Reports are accessed via the My Accounts page, and is available to account administrators.

The Docuseek2 COUNTER report shows views by title by month. Since Docuseek2 customers typically one license one collection (either our Complete or Essential collection), the COUNTER report lists monthly views of individual titles. For the "Content Provider", the report lists the source distributor of the title. "Platform" in all cases is Docuseek2.

The report may be downloaded as a tab-delimited file. The default extension of the report is .tsv, so may need to be changed before trying to open the file in a spreadsheet program.

Note: The COUNTER Report uses compiled data that is updated on a daily basis, so any usage on the current date will not be available yet.
